Hey, I’m Ashley—and yes, a few friends still call me “Ginger.”
Before iPhones lived in our pockets, I was that friend in college always carrying around a little digital camera. People would groan, “Do we have to take another picture?” And now? They’re the first to say, “I’m so glad we have this.”
I’ve always noticed things—light through the trees, a quiet laugh between family, the kind of real moments most people miss. Photography gives me a way to slow down and hold on to what matters.
But honestly? It’s not just about the photos. It’s about how you feel while we’re making them.
I’m here to help you feel seen—not staged. You won’t be left wondering what to do with your hands or if you’re doing it “right.” I’ll gently guide you, help you feel at ease, and maybe even make you forget the camera’s there altogether.
I work with couples and families who want honest, natural images—and a relaxed experience to match. Whether we’re capturing a slow Sunday kind of love or your toddler’s wild side, I’m here to make it simple, real, and genuinely enjoyable.
Oh—and your pets? Always welcome. Lucy insists.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME...
→ Animal Lover: Lucy (pictured above) is my adorable fluffball who’s always by my side. Brutus, my high-energy German Shepherd, keeps things interesting—and Muffin the cat runs the house with her signature sass. (Yes, it’s as wild as it sounds.)
→ Coffee, Sweet Tea & Real-Life Routines: I start my day with coffee, reach for sweet tea in the afternoon, and never skip a good workout. Moving my body, fueling it well, and finding rhythms that make me feel strong—it’s all a core part of how I show up in life and business.
→ Detail-Oriented (In the Best Way): I notice the little things—like a stray hair, a wrinkled shirt, or the way your eyes light up when you laugh. Helping you feel beautiful and confident isn’t extra—it’s the heart of what I do.
MY GOAL:
To help you feel like yourself—comfortable, confident, and not second-guessing a thing. You’ll leave with images you love and an experience that didn’t feel like a photoshoot at all.
Dream Sessions — Just Putting It Out There
Curious where my heart would light up behind the camera? Here are a few sessions I’d love to photograph someday, just for the joy of it:
→ Under a willow tree at golden hour
→ A wide-open field with a baby Highland cow (I recently photographed one—if that’s your dream session too, let me know! I can make it happen.)
→ Australia—because koalas and those views? Yes, please.
Have a place or idea that fits the vibe? I’d genuinely love to hear about it.
Have a question? Ready to plan your session? I'd love to hear from you!
